Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your decision. CCI has a clear and fair refund policy designed to protect your rights.
You may cancel with written notice within three days of signing your enrollment agreement, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and federal and state holidays.
If you cancel before your program's instruction begins, you will receive a full (100%) refund.
If you cancel after instruction begins, your refund will be determined by the percentage of the program completed.

Tuition & Financing FAQ
No. You can pay in full or request a CCI in-house installment plan. Optional third-party financing may also be available to eligible applicants. Admissions will explain the available arrangements, and all payment amounts, due dates, interest, fees, and other terms will be disclosed in writing before you accept a plan.
Yes. Required digital course materials and designated instructional software are included in tuition. No separately purchased textbook is required. Optional purchases made directly from outside vendors are subject to those vendors' terms.
No. CCI does not charge separate application, registration, administrative, or cancellation fees.
Federal student aid is not currently available at CCI. Admissions can explain in-house payment plans and any available third-party payment or financing options.
Institutional scholarships are not currently available. Contact admissions for current information about any documented discounts or payment arrangements.
No. Third-party financing is optional and subject to the provider's eligibility, credit approval, interest rates, fees, and repayment terms. CCI does not guarantee financing approval.

Cancellation before instruction begins also receives a 100% refund. After instruction begins, the refund schedule applies according to elapsed scheduled instructional time. Your total tuition and institutional charges will be set out in your enrollment agreement. Any payment plan or financing arrangement will have accompanying written terms identifying the initial payment, installment amounts, frequency, due dates, repayment period, and any applicable interest or fees before you accept the arrangement.
