EMPLOYER-FIRST EDUCATION
CCI doesn't begin by creating a course and hoping employers value it later.
We start by understanding the roles employers are hiring for, the skills those positions require, and what makes a candidate valuable in the workplace. From there, we work backwards to build focused curriculum around those expectations.
Students learn from industry professionals, including professionals connected to hiring in their fields, helping connect classroom learning with the realities of today's workplace.
We identify the skills, tools, and capabilities employers look for when evaluating candidates.
Course content is shaped around practical workplace requirements rather than theory alone.
Students learn from instructors with direct experience in the industries and roles being taught.
Training is designed to help students build practical skills they can demonstrate when pursuing employment.

Career Services
CCI works backward from the jobs employers are actually hiring for, then builds training to match. That reverse-engineered approach to career placement is what makes CCI unique, and it is designed to improve our graduates’ employment outcomes. Placement support is delivered through Copper Canyon Staffing, CCI’s exclusive staffing partner.
Visit Copper Canyon StaffingCopper Canyon Staffing focuses on placing CCI alumni first, matching graduates with employers who are hiring for the skills they just learned.
Once alumni are served, Copper Canyon Staffing also provides career placement support for people who did not complete a CCI program.
We start with open roles and employer needs, then shape the curriculum to fit. Training and placement are designed together, not separately.
