Learning something new can come with questions, challenges, and moments when you need additional direction. We’re here to help you succeed throughout your program.
Support throughout your program
CCI’s student-support model includes orientation, instructor feedback, academic advising, access to the online course environment, and help locating digital learning resources. Contact your instructor for coursework questions and administrative staff for records, payments, accommodations, or grievances.
Start with your instructor for assignments, course concepts, projects, participation, missed work, and academic feedback.

If you begin falling behind
01
CCI reviews your performance, required work, and participation, then explains what needs attention.
02
A written warning and 10-business-day improvement plan may apply when progress or participation falls below the proposed standard.
03
CCI reviews whether the issue has been addressed. Continuing concerns may lead to probation with written conditions.
04
Next steps may include continued study, make-up requirements, an Incomplete where permitted, or withdrawal.
Attendance & participation
Students must participate in at least 80% of scheduled live instructional time and complete authorized make-up work for missed units. A simple login or unverified viewing of a recording does not count as attendance.
View Attendance Policy →Missed a class?
When you miss a class, you may need approved supervised make-up work. Your instructor can explain what was missed, how to complete it, and whether additional deadlines apply. Communicate promptly before missed work accumulates.
Completion requirements
A certificate is awarded after completing all six instructional units, meeting grading requirements, completing required instructional time, finishing the final project, and resolving academic-integrity findings. It is a non-degree credential.
View Completion Requirements →When life interrupts your program
A documented short-term barrier may support an Incomplete of up to 14 calendar days. A documented medical, family, or comparable circumstance may support a leave of up to 14 calendar days, with a return and make-up plan.
Contact Academic Support →Accessibility & accommodations
Request reasonable accommodations privately. CCI may discuss functional needs, request appropriate documentation, and provide a written response, normally within 10 business days.
Request an Accommodation →Technology problems
Tell your instructor as soon as possible when a technical issue prevents participation. Documented CCI-caused platform outages are intended to be rescheduled without reducing instructional time or adding tuition.
Online Learning Guidance →Academic integrity
Cheating, impersonation, falsifying records, unauthorized access, and submitting another person’s work are prohibited. Use AI only when permitted, verify outputs, disclose material assistance when required, and never enter sensitive information into public AI tools.
